Blast is our signature class which runs weekly on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. The class is a short, sharp ‘blast’ of high intensity cardio and weight based exercise which runs for 30 minutes. Its perfect for those of you who want to train hard, meet new people and do this in a non judgemental environment. Why not come and try Blast by booking on below and enjoying your first class absolutely free. Whether your new to exercise, or wanting a new challenge, the classes are open to all.

Please be aware, you are booking and paying for a specific date. If you are unable to attend, bookings cannot be refunded or used as credit for another date or service. ‘First free blast class’ is only available for new members and can only be used once.

Free Personal Training Consultation

The free initial consultation is done at our studio and lasts around 20-30 minutes. It allows us to find out more about your circumstances and explain how you can benefit from the service provided. The consultation is no obligation and any questions you have can be answered within the consultation including benefits, format and pricing.
