Blast is our signature class which runs weekly on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. The class is a short, sharp ‘blast’ of high intensity cardio and weight based exercise which runs for 30 minutes. Its perfect for those of you who want to train hard, meet new people and do this in a non judgemental environment. Why not come and try Blast by booking on below and enjoying your first class absolutely free. Whether your new to exercise, or wanting a new challenge, the classes are open to all.
