The free initial consultation is done at our studio and lasts around 20-30 minutes. It allows us to find out more about your circumstances and explain how you can benefit from the service provided. The consultation is no obligation and any questions you have can be answered within the consultation including benefits, format and pricing.
Our classes are held every week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays and run for 30 minutes. We don’t recommend these classes for beginners (personal training may suit you better). Please be aware, you are booking and paying for a specific date. If you are unable to attend, bookings cannot be refunded or used as credit for another date or service.
