Fridays just got a whole lot better! Mel and George have combined their love of high intensity and weight training to bring a brand new class to the studio aimed at strengthening and toning.
‘Kettlebell and Core’ starts on August 9th and is an 8 week course taking place on Friday evenings, 6.pm-6.45pm at Mel Bartley Fitness in Bamber Bridge.
Each class fuses kettlebell variations and core exercises to sculpt and shape bodies, offering an increase in strength and fitness. It’s a full body workout.
The types of exercises within the new class will get the heart rate up, using momentum and challenge every single muscle stabilising the body and engaging the core.
You’ll need to have a strong foundation to be able to carry out some of the exercises in this class so the team would advise speaking to them if you’d like to take part but you are a newbie to kettlebells and core exercises.
